[UTTTC] UTTTC Club Election‏

Hi UTTTC members,

The end of the school year is rapidly approaching. We thank you for your support and hope that you had an eventful table tennis year. We will be holding our annual election on Monday (Mar.30th) at 6:30pm (Location to be announced later). It will be a great oppurtunity for you to get more involvement with UTTTC and / or improve our club activities!!!

The election will be held for the following open positions (Detailed description can be found from the attachment):
1. President (1-2)
2. Vice President (1)
3. Public Relations Officer (1-2)
4. Events Coordinator (2-3)
5. Webmaster (1)
6. Intramurals coordinator (2)
7. Competitive Team Coordinator (1-2)

We will be holding an information session on the exec positions on Mar. 19th & 26th from 8pm-10pm in the Harthouse Range room.
